Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Due to the current pandemic delivery delays can occasionally occur. Therefore we offer free shipping to our customers and a 30 Days-Money-Back Guarantee. You can find detailed information regarding the refund in our refund policy linked at the bottom of this page.
Shipment, Confirmation & Order tracking
If you need a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s), please contact our customer service email@example.com. The tracking number will be active within 48hours after shipment. Depending to the shipping country, the written delivery timeframe is 3 to 42days.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Apparel-Compass is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Please contact our customer service center firstname.lastname@example.org, if you received any damaged products or by lost packages. We will either send you a replacement or refund.
